1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InvoiceGo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What InvoiceGo Is

InvoiceGo is a business tool for contractors to create estimates and invoices, manage clients, track expenses, run basic payroll calculations, and view revenue reporting. It is provided to help you run your business — it does not make business decisions for you.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription (InvoiceGo Pro)

InvoiceGo offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, InvoiceGo Pro, that unlocks unlimited invoices, payslips, and other Pro features beyond the free tier's limits.

• Price and billing: InvoiceGo Pro is billed monthly. The exact price for your region is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing or cancelling: Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings app under your name → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period.
• Trial period: New accounts get 14 days of full access to Pro features to try the app, starting from account creation. This trial is independent of the App Store subscription purchase itself — it isn't tied to starting or cancelling a subscription, and it ends on its own once the 14 days are up.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple, not InvoiceGo, under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. Not Tax, Legal, or Accounting Advice

InvoiceGo's payroll, tax-withholding, and financial figures are estimates calculated from publicly available rate tables to help you plan — they are not a substitute for a licensed accountant, payroll provider, or attorney, and we don't guarantee their accuracy for tax filing or legal compliance purposes. You're responsible for verifying any figure you rely on for tax filings, contracts, or legal obligations.

6. Your Content

You own the business data you put into InvoiceGo — your clients, invoices, estimates, and records. We don't claim ownership of it. We only use it to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

• Don't use InvoiceGo for anything illegal, fraudulent, or to send invoices for goods or services that don't exist.
• Don't try to access another user's account or data, or attempt to bypass the app's security features.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app without our permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim for InvoiceGo to be reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Core features (creating and viewing records) work offline; cloud sync and PDF-link tracking require an internet connection.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoiceGo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceGo and its developers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost profits or lost business data, beyond what applicable law requires.

11. Termination

You can stop using InvoiceGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
